Tony Konstant is Vice President at Ashland Capital – an established real estate investment firm that specializes in the multifamily and student housing asset classes. Throughout his career, he has worked on 37 transactions with a total asset value of $2.5 billion. Tony has worked in a variety of key roles, including Director and portfolio manager for notable firms, such as LivCor, a Blackstone Company, Magnolia Capital, as well as senior positions at Waterton & Associations and Tishman Speyer. He holds a master’s degree in real estate from the University of San Diego and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
