Charlie Hardage is an accredited investor with over 12 years of experience in IT sales. He has worked with household names like Dell, Google, and Google Value-Added Resellers. Charlie is a veteran of the US Army, including 5 years serving as an infantry team leader earning numerous service medals, including a Combat Infantry Badge and Purple Heart. He’s been investing in real estate since 2017 and has $130 million in assets under management. Charlie is a GP, or general partner, on 2 deals and a limited partner on 2 deals as well.
